AI receptionist for dental practices

Busy reception should not cost you new patients.

Clinqly handles routine patient questions, books against your real diary, follows up and brings clinical or uncertain matters to reception.

Three ways a patient books. One diary.

Your booking page, Clinqly and reception write into one day.

Your booking pagePatients book on your own site.
Inside the conversationThe patient never leaves the chat.
Reception, at the deskReception books as always, keeping slots back.

Reception runs the diary. Each dentist sees their own day.

If you book through Clinqly, your team manages appointments, opening hours and time off in one calendar, while every invited dentist or hygienist opens only their own working day.

One patient enquiry. The right appointment. A clear handover.

Answered from what you publish, booked into a real time.

  1. The patient asks

Hi, do you take new patients? What does a check-up cost?

    WhatsApp 21:14
  2. Clinqly answers from your published fees

We do. A new patient check-up is £65 and takes about 30 minutes. Is this routine, or is something bothering you?

  3. The right appointment, a real slot

Guided setup with Clinqly

We configure Clinqly around the way your practice already works.

Your initial guided setup session takes less than an hour.

Both options follow the same three steps

  1. 1Understand your practiceAppointment types · Fees · Dentists · Website widget · Approved information
  2. 2Configure how work movesAvailability · Booking rules · Qualification · Follow-up · Clinical handover
  3. 3Review and activateConfirm the diary · Validate the patient journey · Activate when ready
Does it answer the practice phone?

No. It does not take calls. Clinqly handles your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook enquiries.

Does it book into our real diary?

Yes. It offers only times that exist against the dentist and appointment type you configure, and revalidates the slot before confirming. Patients also get a secure link to reschedule or cancel.

What happens with clinical questions?

They go to the practice. Clinqly does not diagnose, advise on treatment, or assess whether treatment is suitable.

Does this replace reception?

No. It supports reception by handling repetitive online enquiries using the practice information you provide, so your team can deal with the patients in front of them. Your team stays in control and can take over any conversation.
