Enquiries arrive while every instructor is on the road.
Learners and parents message in the evening and between lessons. A slow reply sends them to the next school on the list.
Lessons booked with an instructor who has the time.
Learners book in the chat or on your booking page, against each instructor’s own hours. Confirmations and reminders go out by email.
Your questions, asked before the first lesson.
Write what a learner must confirm before booking, such as holding a provisional licence. Clinqly asks it word for word and books once it is confirmed.
Driving tests stay with the learner, as the law requires.
Only the learner can book, change or cancel their car driving test. Clinqly books lessons, points test questions to GOV.UK and never asks for DVSA login details.
Your evenings stop going on lesson enquiries.
Your Today view shows the lessons booked, the questions answered and the few conversations that need the office or an instructor.

- A learner’s details stay with the learner
Does it answer the school phone?
Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.
Can it book or move driving tests?
No. Only the learner can book, change or cancel their car driving test, on GOV.UK. Clinqly books lessons and never asks for DVSA login details or a test booking reference.
Can a parent enquire for a learner?
Yes. A parent can ask about prices, areas and lesson times. Clinqly never shares a learner’s lessons or progress with anyone else; the school handles those requests.
Will it promise a pass or a test date?
No. It never promises a pass, a pass rate, a test date or how many lessons someone will need. Readiness is for the instructor to judge.
Your diary keeps working.
Lessons book from real availability in your Google Calendar, with deposits to your own Stripe account. Test bookings stay with the DVSA and your existing records stay where they are; learners can come in from a spreadsheet.
