Private patients compare clinics in the evening.
A clear answer and a real consultation time, sent that evening, keeps the enquiry with your clinic.
The right consultation, with a doctor who is free.
Services, consultation lengths and each doctor's working week come from your own setup, so patients only see times you can keep.
Your booking rules, applied before anything is booked.
If you ask patients to confirm a consultation is not for an emergency, they confirm it first. Services you want patients to ring about are signposted, not booked.
Clinical questions reach clinicians, with the conversation attached.
Results, records and symptom questions arrive in your inbox marked for a person. Confirmations and reminders go to the patient by email.

Clinqly books consultations and answers operational questions. It does not give medical advice or make clinical decisions.
- Answers come only from information you approve
- Insurers are named only if your clinic lists them
- Results and records always go to your team
Does it give medical advice?
No. It does not assess symptoms, diagnose or advise on treatment. Clinical questions, results and records go straight to your team.
Does it answer the clinic phone?
Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.
Will it tell a patient their insurance covers them?
No. It can say which insurers the clinic accepts, if you list them. Cover and authorisation are confirmed by your team or the insurer.
What happens with an emergency?
Clinqly is not an emergency service. Urgent symptoms are pointed to 999 or NHS 111, and you can ask patients to confirm a booking is not for an emergency.
Your patient record stays where it is.
Consultations book into real availability and your Google Calendar. Records, results and insurer details stay in your clinic's own system, and nothing clinical passes through Clinqly's replies. Existing patients can be imported from a spreadsheet.
