Service

Clinqly provides software for appointment-led clinics to capture, qualify, and follow up on treatment enquiries via an embeddable appointment widget and dashboard.

Location responsibilities

• You are responsible for lawful collection and use of customer enquiry data on your website.
• AI responses are assistive only and do not constitute medical advice. Clinics must review escalated and high-intent leads.
• You must keep account credentials secure and configure accurate clinic notification emails.

Connected integrations

Connecting a third-party calendar (such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook) is optional. When you connect one, you authorize Clinqly to read your availability and to create, update, and delete events for Clinqly bookings on your behalf. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes our access.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves during early access.
