Job enquiries arrive while you are under someone else’s sink.
The message lands at 19:40. By the time you are back in the van, they have asked two other firms.
A quote visit in the diary, not a maybe.
Clinqly asks what the job is, where it is and when they want it done, then offers visit times your technicians genuinely have free.
Emergencies go to the phone. Gas goes to the emergency line.
Mark emergency call-outs as call us instead and nobody books one for next week. A smell of gas gets the National Gas Emergency Service number, and your team is told.
The office only sees what needs a person.
Complaints about work, accepted quotes and anything Clinqly cannot answer reach your team with the conversation attached, on the Today view.
Fewer quotes lost to whoever replied first.
Evenings stop ending with a pile of messages to answer, and quote visits stop slipping into next week.

Clinqly answers what you have approved and books visits. It never gives a binding price for work nobody has seen.
- Answers come from your approved prices and areas
- Never gives DIY steps for gas or electrics
- Emergency call-outs go to the phone, not the diary
Does it answer the phone?
Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.
What happens if someone smells gas?
It does not book a job. It tells them to leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, and your team is notified.
Will it give prices?
Only the prices you have approved, exactly as written. It never gives a fixed price for work nobody has seen, because that is what the quote visit is for.
Can customers book emergency call-outs online?
You decide. Mark emergency call-outs as call us instead and customers are asked to ring you rather than book a time.
Your job management software stays the record.
Quote visits book into real availability and your Google Calendar. Jobs, invoices and certificates stay in the software you use now; Clinqly does not write to it. Past customers can come in from a spreadsheet for annual service reminders.
