An emergency is never offered a slot.
Poisoning, collapse, breathing trouble or a road accident: Clinqly tells the owner to ring the practice now, or their out-of-hours vet, and alerts your team.
New pets, boosters and check-ups, booked while the practice is closed.
Owners pick a real time with a vet who is free. Confirmations and reminders go to the owner by email.
Repeat prescriptions reach a vet, not an automated yes.
Requests for medication, test results and end-of-life care arrive in your inbox marked for a person, with the conversation attached.
Prices as your published list states them.
Clinqly quotes only what your practice has approved. Anything that depends on what the animal needs is left to a vet.

Clinqly books routine appointments and answers operational questions. It never gives veterinary advice or judges how serious a symptom is.
- Answers come only from information you approve
- Emergencies are signposted to ring, never booked
- Prescriptions and medicines are always a vet's decision
What happens when a pet needs help now?
Clinqly never offers a slot for an emergency. It tells the owner to ring the practice now, or their out-of-hours vet if you are closed, and alerts your team.
Does it answer the practice phone?
Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.
Will it give advice about symptoms or medicines?
No. It never names a medicine or dose, suggests home treatment or says a symptom can wait. Those questions go to your team.
Can owners order repeat prescriptions through it?
It takes the request and passes it to your team. A vet decides, and Clinqly never confirms a prescription itself.
Your practice management system stays the record.
Vaccinations and check-ups book into real availability and your Google Calendar. Animal records, prescriptions and clinical history stay in your practice software, and Clinqly never decides anything a vet should.
