Every enquiry has one owner. Handed over means a person replies.

Where enquiries go missing today

Most practices do not lose enquiries to a bad answer. They lose them in the gap between the message arriving and somebody having time to reply properly.

  1. The reply comes after the decision

An implant enquiry at 21:40 is read at 08:30 the next morning, after the patient has booked a consultation somewhere that replied first.

  2. Four inboxes, no single list

Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook each have their own inbox, so nobody can say how many enquiries are waiting or which matter most.

  3. Follow-up depends on memory

A patient asks about whitening, gets the price and goes quiet. Without a reminder, the second message never gets sent.

  4. The same questions take the best hours

Opening hours, parking, the price list and finance questions use up reception time that the phone and the patients at the desk need.

What Clinqly handles, and what stays with your team

Clinqly keeps moving

  • Replies on website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, from one inbox
  • Answers from the prices, treatments and policies you approved, and says when it does not know
  • Works out what each patient wants and how ready they are to book
  • Offers real times and books, or sends patients to the booking link you already use
  • Follows up enquiries that go quiet, and stops when they reply
  • Shows reception, in Today, which enquiries need a person and why

Your team keeps

  • Clinical questions, which Clinqly never answers and always hands over
  • Anxious, complex or unusual patients who need a human conversation
  • Consultations, treatment discussions and anything about suitability
  • Decisions about pricing, exceptions and goodwill

Alongside the systems you already run

Clinqly works alongside your practice-management system rather than replacing it. Patient records, clinical notes and treatment plans stay where they are.

Bookings go into Clinqly's calendar, which can sync with Google Calendar, or patients are sent to the online booking link you already use. Existing patients and appointments can be brought across by spreadsheet import. There is no live practice-management connection a practice can switch on today.

How Clinqly fits your systems

Questions practices ask

  • Which channels does Clinqly answer?

Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, in one inbox. Phone answering and inbound email enquiries are coming soon.

  • Will patients know they are talking to software?

Yes. Clinqly introduces itself as the practice's virtual receptionist and hands over to a person whenever a patient asks for one.

  • What does Clinqly say when it does not know the answer?

It says so and passes the conversation to your team, rather than guessing. It only answers from information your practice has approved.

  • Does it follow up every enquiry?

Enquiries that go quiet get a short standard follow-up at 24, 48 and 96 hours. It stops as soon as the patient replies, books or asks to stop.

  • Does it replace our dental CRM or reception?

It replaces the chasing, not the people. Reception keeps the conversations that need judgement, and Clinqly keeps the rest moving.
