Decision-makers enquire between meetings, not in office hours.

A founder messages at 20:15 about an operations review. By Monday they have spoken to a firm that replied first.

The challenge, the organisation and the timeline, before any call.

Clinqly asks your qualification questions, then offers discovery call times your consultants genuinely have free. Nobody is pitched a solution to a problem nobody has heard.

Scope and fees stay with the proposal.

Clinqly quotes only the fees you publish. What an engagement will cost, and anything about tax or legal position, is left for a consultant.

No work accepted before your own checks.

Clinqly never confirms the firm can take something on, and never discusses one client with another.

More discovery calls. Fewer serious enquiries left until Monday.

Consultants walk into calls knowing the challenge and timeline, and the follow-up email goes out without anyone remembering to send it.

Where it stops

Clinqly qualifies enquiries and books discovery calls. Your consultants decide scope, fees and whether to take the work on.

  • Answers come from your approved services and fees
  • Never gives tax, legal or financial advice
  • Never confirms work before your checks

Does it answer the phone?

Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.

Will it quote our fees?

Only the fees you have approved, exactly as written. It never estimates what an engagement will cost, because that belongs in your proposal.

Does it give tax or financial advice?

No. Tax, legal, accounting and financial questions are left for a consultant to discuss on a discovery call.

Can clients move a discovery call?

Yes. Confirmed bookings include a secure link to reschedule or cancel, and reminders go out by email.

Your CRM stays where it is.

Discovery calls book into real availability and your Google Calendar, and paid consultations into your own Stripe account. Proposals and client files stay in the tools you use now; contacts can come in from a spreadsheet.

Send one client enquiry. See it reach a discovery call.
