Trust Centre
Built to be safe with your customers and your data
Clinqly answers real enquiries for your business, day and night. Here is how it stays safe, how your data is protected, and where you remain in control.
AI safety
Safe by design, not by luck
Answers only from what you approve
Clinqly replies from your own business information, the content you load and sign off before it ever speaks to a customer. It does not answer from the open internet.
It does not invent prices or hours
When Clinqly does not know something, it says so and hands the enquiry to your team. It is designed not to guess a price, a time or a policy you have not given it.
Urgent and sensitive cases go to a human
Emergencies and sensitive enquiries are recognised and signposted to your team, across the website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, and on Voice add-on calls. Clinqly never gives clinical advice.
A person is always in the loop
You approve what Clinqly can say, you can read every conversation, and your team can take over at any point. It assists your reception, it does not replace their judgement.
Clinqly answers only from business information you approve, says plainly when it does not know, and hands the conversation to your team with the full history. In clinical settings it never gives clinical advice.
Where it stops
Clinqly never gives clinical advice.
Anything urgent, clinical or sensitive is recognised and handed to your team with the conversation attached, on every channel. Your people keep the judgement; Clinqly keeps the routine work off them.
Security
Your data stays yours, and stays apart
More technical detail, including how access is scoped across a group, is on the security page.
Per-location data isolation
Enquiry data is stored with row-level security scoped to each location. One business cannot see another's conversations, customers or knowledge.
Least-privilege access
Access to data is limited to what a role needs to do its job. Calendar access tokens, when a practitioner connects a calendar, are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time.
A named set of sub-processors
We host on Supabase and use a short, named list of sub-processors to run the service. They are listed on our privacy page, and we do not sell your data.
Privacy and GDPR
You are the data controller
For the enquiries your customers send, your business is the data controller and Clinqly is the processor. You decide what Clinqly can say and do, and we process that data only to run the service for you.
Our full policies set out what we collect, how we use it, and the sub-processors we rely on. We keep them plain enough to read.
The detail
- Privacy policy: what we collect and how we use it.
- Terms of service: the agreement that governs using Clinqly.

If you need a DPA, ask before you go live
If your organisation requires a Data Processing Agreement, talk to us before going live. Our data-processing terms are being finalised and are subject to legal review, and we will work through your requirements with you directly.
Discuss data processing requirementsWho Clinqly is
Clinqly is an AI receptionist for service businesses, built and operated by the Clinqly team. We work directly with the businesses we serve, load their real information before Clinqly answers a single customer, and stay close while they get set up.
