Most booking messages arrive mid-cut.

Nobody can reply with a razor in hand, so the client books with whichever shop answers first.

The barber they asked for, at a time that exists.

Each barber keeps their own hours. Clients book in the chat or on your booking page, then get a confirmation and a reminder by email.

Walk-ins welcome. Waits never promised.

If you take walk-ins, Clinqly says so. It cannot see who is in the chair, so it never promises a wait or a free barber.

Colour still follows your patch test rule.

Add a question a client must confirm before booking colour. Clinqly asks it as written and books only once it is confirmed.

The DMs are dealt with before the shop closes.

Your Today view shows what was booked and answered, and the few messages that need a barber or the owner.

Where it stops

Clinqly answers and books. It never promises a walk-in wait or gives advice about skin or scalp reactions.

  • Answers come from your price list and hours
  • Walk-in waits are never promised
  • Skin and scalp questions go to the shop

Does it answer the shop phone?

Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.

Can it handle walk-ins?

It tells clients whether you take walk-ins, from your own information. It cannot see who is in the chair, so it never promises a wait or a free barber.

Will it send marketing to my clients?

No. Clinqly does not sign anyone up to offers or promotional messages unless they clearly ask. Its emails relate to the client’s own enquiry or appointment.

Does it connect to my current booking app?

Not today. Clinqly runs its own calendar and booking page, and you can bring your clients across by spreadsheet import.

Your booking app does not have to go.

Clinqly answers the messages and books into its own calendar and your Google Calendar. It does not write to other booking apps, so if one stays your main diary, keep the two in step. Regulars can come in from a spreadsheet.

Bring one Saturday DM. See where it lands.
