Each team member sees their own day, not the whole business.
Team members get a focused view of what is theirs: their appointments, their availability and their profile. Not the business dashboard, not the inbox, not anyone else's diary.

Team members on the portal do not get access to the full business dashboard, the shared inbox, billing, reports or settings. Access is by invitation from the business and can be revoked at any time.
What team members see, and don't.
- See
- Their own appointments with the customer's contact details, their own hours and time off, and their own booking profile.
- Don't see
- The shared inbox, Work, anyone else's diary, billing, reports or business-wide settings.
- Their own sign-in
- Team members sign in to their own portal and don't use a team seat on the business dashboard.
- No records system
- The portal holds no notes or customer records. Your existing system of record stays where it is.
Portal questions businesses ask.
Does a team member need a full dashboard account?
No. Team members sign in to their own portal. They do not use a team seat on the business dashboard, and they cannot open billing, reports, settings or the customer list.
What can a team member actually see?
Their own appointments, with the customer's contact details, their own weekly hours and time off, and their own booking profile. They can mark their appointments completed, no-show or cancelled and move them to a free time. They cannot see anyone else's diary.
Does a team member's time off change what customers can book?
Yes. When a team member records time off, those times stop being offered for booking.
Are notes or customer records stored in the portal?
No. Clinqly is not your system of record. The portal covers appointments, working hours, time off and the booking profile only.
How does someone get access?
You invite a team member by email from your dashboard, and you can revoke that access whenever you need to.
