Turn the late-night DM into a first session with a trainer.
Clinqly answers from your prices and terms, books sessions with a trainer who is free and leaves injuries, conditions and joining to your team.
- Answered from your prices£45 a session · £320 for eight
- Offered a session, not a membershipFree intro session · nobody signed up
- Booked with a trainerWednesday 18:30 · Jordan Reid
- Left the knee to the trainerNoted, no training advice given
Training enquiries arrive while your trainers are on the gym floor.
They come in between sessions and after the last class. A slow reply puts the decision to start off for another week.
A first session with a trainer, not a sales call.
Members book in the chat or on your booking page, against each trainer’s own hours. Confirmations and reminders go out by email.
Injuries and conditions go to the trainer, never into the chat.
Clinqly gives no exercise, diet or injury advice and asks for no health details. It says the trainer will go through it in person.
Nobody joins without talking to your team.
Clinqly shares prices, joining fees and minimum terms from your own information. Memberships and recurring payments are arranged by your team.
Fewer enquiries left in the DMs overnight.
Your Today view shows the sessions booked, the questions answered and the conversations that need a trainer or the front desk.

Clinqly answers and books sessions. It never gives training or injury advice, and never signs anyone up to a membership.
- Answers come from your own prices and terms
- No training, diet or injury advice
- Joining is always arranged by your team
Does it answer the gym phone?
Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.
Will it give training or diet advice?
No. It gives no exercise, diet, supplement or injury advice, and anyone who mentions an injury or condition is told their trainer will go through it in person. Chest pain or fainting gets a 999 signpost first.
Can it sign people up to a membership?
No. It shares your prices, joining fee and minimum term from your own information and books a session. Joining and any recurring payment are arranged with your team.
Does it work for a solo personal trainer?
Yes. Your services, session lengths and hours come from your own setup, whether you train clients alone or run a full gym team.
Your membership system stays the record.
Intro sessions and PT book into real availability and your Google Calendar, with payments to your own Stripe account. Memberships, contracts and access stay in your gym software; cancellations are handed to your team.
