Booking requests arrive while every stylist is with a client.
They land mid-colour, between appointments and after closing. The client books wherever answers first.
Your patch test rule, asked before every colour booking.
You write what a client must confirm before booking a service. Clinqly asks it word for word and books only once it is confirmed.
Real times with the stylist they asked for.
Clients book in the chat or on your booking page, against each stylist’s hours and service lengths. Confirmations and reminders go out by email.
A reaction after a visit reaches your team, not a script.
Clinqly gives no skin or allergy advice. It tells the client how to reach the salon and puts the conversation in front of your team.
Front of house stops answering DMs at midnight.
Your Today view shows what was booked and answered overnight, and the few conversations that need a person.

Clinqly answers, books and asks your booking questions. It never gives advice about skin, allergies or reactions.
- Answers come from your own prices and services
- Booking rules are yours, written by you
- Skin, allergy and medical questions go to your team
Does it answer the salon phone?
Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today Clinqly handles website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries on every plan.
Who decides the patch test rule?
You do. You write the question a client must confirm before booking colour, tint or lashes, and Clinqly asks it as written. It never tells a client they can skip one.
Will it give advice about a reaction?
No. It gives no skin, allergy or medical advice, tells the client how to reach the salon and passes the conversation to your team. Swelling or trouble breathing gets a 999 signpost first.
Does it connect to my current salon booking system?
Not today. Clinqly runs its own calendar and booking page, and you can bring your clients across by spreadsheet import.
Your salon diary can stay as it is.
Clinqly books into its own calendar and your Google Calendar, with deposits paid into your Stripe account. If your salon software stays the main diary, Clinqly does not write to it; regulars can come in from a spreadsheet.
